Owners of non-commercial vessels up to a length of 12 metres requesting a berth should apply in writing to the undersigned by Wednesday 12 October 2011. Vessels wishing to be allocated a stance on Cromwell Street Quay Hard Standing for this period, should also apply in writing to the undersigned with full information on boat length, beam and storage arrangements.
